Maurten Mix 320 is a hydrogel made of natural alginate, pectin, electrolytes and carbohydrates.
Each serving of Drink Mix 320 (kcal) contains 80 grams of carbohydrates.
It can be used before, during and/or after activity.

ENERGY AND CARBOHYDRATES
During exertion, our body can consume up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour.
One serving of Drink Mix 320 mixed with 500 ml of water provides 80 grams of carbohydrates.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Drink Mix 320 is made using HYDROGEL technology.
Mixing with water produces a highly concentrated drink containing maltodextrin and fructose that instantly transforms into a hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach. The hydrogel slowly carries the drink through the stomach to the intestine, where the water, salt and carbohydrates are absorbed
Directions for use
- Mix the contents of each sachet with 500 ml of water and shake well until dissolved.
- Be precise; functionality depends on this ratio. The mix is designed to be mixed with water containing less than 40 mg/L of calcium. Higher levels may affect how it dissolves.
- Consume sports drinks a few minutes before, during and/or immediately after activity.

Pas de problème de digestion avec ce produit et une grande aide pour tenir bon dans les longues distances. Rien à voir avec les autres boissons d'effort testées auparavant. Validé à 100% et même plus !

Aucune fringale et commencé la càp relativement bien. Très bon produit que je conseil. JLuc (Mourcourt - Belgique)

Publié le 02/10/2020 à 23:50.Lapport énergétique est très satisfaisant et permet de se dispenser de prendre des barres(jai pris le produit en vélo). En revanche, le goût est trop sucré et écurant à la longue. Le 160 est beaucoup plus agréable
