Directions for use
Dilute one sachet of antioxidant drink in 500ml of water or 2 sachets in 1.5L- In hot weather, use a lower concentration and drink 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes
- In cold weather, use a higher concentration and drink 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes
For a complete energy intake, supplement the drink with Meltonic energy gels.
