Directions for use
Dilute one sachet of antioxidant drink in 500 ml of water or 2 sachets in 1.5 L- In hot weather, under-concentrate the drink and take 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes
- In cold weather, over-concentrate the drink and take 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes
For a complete energy intake, supplement the drink with Meltonic energy gels.
