Directions for use:
Dilute 35g of powder (2 scoops) in 500ml of water.
- In hot weather, decrease the drink's concentration and take 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes
- In cold weather, increase the drink's concentration and take 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes
For a complete energy boost, supplement the drink with Meltonic energy gels.
