An intense and delicious recipe for peak sports sessions! Running, trail running, cycling, triathlon, marathon—the organic energy cakes are suitable for all amateur athletes seeking thrilling sensations!
Directions for use:
- Add 300 ml of water to the cake mix and stir. Bake for 30–35 min. at 200° in a conventional oven
- Consume between 1/2 and 1/3 of the cake up to 1 hour 30 minutes before exercise.. May replace breakfast.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days or frozen.

Publié le 07/09/2021 à 18:19.Très facile à préparer, se conserve bien 3/4 jours. Pas du tout bourratif. en quantité largement suffisante pour le partager. bon parfum de choco. A tendance à être un peu moins appétissant au fil de jours.
