An intense and indulgent recipe for top sports sessions! Running, trail running, cycling, triathlon, marathon—the organic energy cakes are suitable for all amateur athletes who love thrilling experiences!
Usage instructions
- Add 300ml of water to the cake mixture and mix. Bake for 30 min. at 200° in a conventional oven
- Consume between 1/2 and 1/3 of the cake up to 1 hour 30 minutes before exercise.. Can replace breakfast.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days or frozen.
