An intense and indulgent recipe for top-performing sports sessions! Running, trail running, cycling, triathlon, and marathon—the organic energy cakes are suitable for all amateur athletes who love a challenge!
Instructions for use
- Add 300 ml of water to the cake mix and stir. Bake for 30 minutes at 200° in a conventional oven
- Consume between 1/2 and 1/3 of the cake up to 1.5 hours before exercise.. May replace breakfast.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days or frozen.
