PH 1500 is a very powerful electrolyte drink designed to help you start hydrating (and stay hydrated once you start sweating, if you are a heavy or salty sweater). Dissolve 1 sachet in 500 ml of water.

It is generally used by athletes who want to start well hydrated and recover more quickly after intense exercise. It is also used during exercise by people who sweat heavily or lose a lot of salt through sweat.

Directions for use: 

Before intense, sweaty activity

• Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water and drink the day before important events and training sessions.
• Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water and drink approximately 90 minutes before the start of important events and training sessions. Try to finish your drink at least 45 minutes before starting to allow your body to absorb the fluid properly.

During intense, sweaty activity (if recommended in your personalised hydration plan)

Dissolve the tablet in 500 ml of water and drink until your thirst is quenched.


Store in a cool, dry place. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is a food supplement. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children
