Affectionately known as the "Jumbo Gel," we put 3 servings of our popular PF 30 Gel into a pouch with a resealable cap to create a more effective way to reach your goals. It's the same mild-flavored gel, but in a format that's easier to carry and use.

The most effective way to quickly absorb 30g of carbohydrates. Our gels have a mild citrus-based flavor ("Original") to reduce flavor fatigue during longer efforts.

The texture is designed to reduce the sticky feeling in your mouth and minimize the need to drink immediately afterward.
