- Coconut water: nature's secret weapon against dehydration. Rich in natural electrolytes, potassium, magnesium, and vitamin C, a simple drying process locks in all the natural minerals and vitamins, ready to be released when you add water.
- Himalayan pink salt—the purest salt on the planet. A source of more than 84 vital minerals, including sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, chloride, iron, and phosphorus.
When mixed with 500 ml of water, each sachet becomes a hypotonic* sports drink providing 22 g of carbohydrates, 350 mg of sodium, 265 mg of potassium, and 75 mg of natural caffeine.
- Sodium and potassium—the vital electrolytes lost when you sweat—play an important role in maintaining blood pressure, fluid balance, and nutrient transport to your cells, helping maintain optimal hydration and performance.
- The 22 g of carbohydrates come from a combination of natural sugars in dried coconut water and simple cane sugar—a dual-source carbohydrate comprising both glucose and fructose—a proven, reliable combination for extending endurance performance.

Directions for use
Drink before you feel thirsty – For endurance exercise lasting more than 60 minutes, it is important to replace fluids, electrolytes, and calories if you want to avoid the effects of dehydration and fatigue.
- Mix one 25 g sachet with 500 ml of cold water and shake well. Consume within 24 hours. Easy.
- 500 ml 1–2 hours before prolonged or intense exercise
- 150–200 ml immediately before starting
- 500–750 ml per hour during prolonged exercise
- 500 ml within 20 minutes after finishing exercise
Contains caffeine. Do not exceed 5 sachets/day.
Not recommended for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women.
