Each 33 g gel contains 22 g of easily digested natural carbohydrates from two sources, with an optimal blend of glucose and fructose to support maximum energy absorption and sustained energy release, helping you keep going for longer.
- Unrefined brown rice syrup provides essential fast-release glucose—a rapid delivery of energy directly to your muscles.
- Date nectar is higher in fructose—a slower-release energy source to keep you feeling fuelled for longer.
- Maple syrup has a mellow sweetness from glucose and fructose and is a powerful source of antioxidants.

Directions for use
- Consume one energy gel every 45 to 60 minutes during exercise.
- Always take Veloforte energy gels with water, as without water they take longer to digest and enter the bloodstream.
- Also consider alternating between caffeinated and caffeine-free energy gels to ensure you do not consume too much caffeine. (Limit yourself to a maximum of 5 per day).
Doppio Energy Gel: Contains caffeine. Do not exceed 5 gels / day. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women (75 mg of caffeine per 33g sachet)

Publié le 18/05/2022 à 17:33.Premier test satisfaisant Le gel est tout petit ce qui le rend facile à transporter surtout en course. Cest un avantage non négligeable. Par contre il est super sucré, il faut donc boire immédiatement après.
