Directions for use

• Take your first sports gel somewhere between 45 and 60 minutes into a workout, then take one approximately every 20 to 30 minutes thereafter.
• Always take Veloforte energy gels with water, as without water they take longer to digest and enter the bloodstream.
• Also remember to alternate between caffeinated and caffeine-free energy gels to ensure you do not consume too much caffeine.
• Maximum 5 per day.
