With its high glycemic index (95), brown rice syrup provides the immediate energy sought in a gel.
Agave syrup provides natural fructose and, with its low glycemic index (15), enables a slower release of energy.
Apple juice has an antioxidant effect.
The Himalayan salt crystals provide electrolytes that improve hydration, along with numerous trace elements. They also help reduce the risk of cramps.
Directions for use
Consume pure or diluted in water at a ratio of one gel per 500 ml of water DURING exercise.
