After exercise, it is essential to recover as soon as possible to assimilate the training and perform at 100% the following day.
The Recovery Drink helps to:
- Replenish glycogen stores with high-quality carbohydrates.
- Protect and rebuild muscles after exercise with proteins and amino acids.
It provides an approximate 1:1 ratio of protein to carbohydrates, a large amount of protein for a recovery product, but it is formulated this way because after training, it is common to eat carbohydrate-rich foods such as fruit, oat flakes, energy bars... And protein intake, essential for muscle recovery, is neglected.
It also provides:
-
L-Arginine AKG (250 mg per serving): This is the amino acid precursor to nitric oxide and contributes to better endothelial dilation of blood vessel walls, thereby increasing blood flow and the amount of nitric oxide in the blood. It is also necessary for protein synthesis in the body's tissues, which promotes tissue repair.
-
Creatine (1500 mg per serving).
-
Medium-chain triglycerides (500 mg per serving): They provide high-quality fatty acids to avoid using glycogen stores during physical exercise. They provide sustained energy during prolonged exercise and help reduce lactate accumulation.
-
Golden flaxseed: high in omega-3 fatty acids, lignans (antioxidants), vitamins, and fiber.
Directions for use:
Mix 4 scoops (50 g) of product in 500 ml of water and shake. Consume 500 ml within 45 minutes after exercise. For perfect mixing, it is recommended to add some water, then the product, and stir vigorously before topping up the mixture with water.
- After exercise: 0’–30‘ immediately after a workout or competition (250–500 ml).
Ingredients:
Protein of milk (protein concentrate of milk), potato starch, creatine monohydrate, flavoring, powdered golden flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum), medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) (medium-chain triglycerides, glucose syrup, protein of milk, stabilizer (potassium phosphate), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphate)), L-arginine, sweetener (sucralose) and coloring agent (carotene).
