Dosage & Preparation:

With a shaker:
Mix 40 g (4 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml of liquid (water, plant-based or dairy milk).
Shake the shaker back and forth thoroughly.

Without a shaker:
Mix the preparation with a fork until completely dissolved.

In a smoothie (using a blender):
Blend your fruit or vegetables until you obtain a thick cream.
Add a 40 g serving of ATLET cocoa energy whey protein.
Blend for 15 seconds.
Drink the preparation throughout the day (keep refrigerated).

Directions for use:

BEFORE EXERCISE:
To prepare the muscles for physical activity, you can take it 1 to 1.5 hours before exercise:
A 20 g (2 heaped tablespoons) or 40 g (4 heaped tablespoons) serving, depending on the intensity and duration of the exercise.

DURING EXERCISE:
Regularly drinking your protein preparation (2 or 3 sips every 20 minutes) will help combat muscle fatigue, particularly during endurance exercise.
Taking protein during exercise will help reduce the catabolic state* and the resulting muscle breakdown.

AFTER EXERCISE:
Take within 30 minutes (maximum) following the end of exercise (when muscle anabolism is greatest): 20 g (2 heaped tablespoons) of ATLET cocoa energy whey protein with 125 ml of liquid, or 40 g (4 heaped tablespoons) of protein after prolonged and intense exercise.
