How to use it?

• 1 serving (45 g) diluted in 500 ml of water, to be consumed during exercise.

• Adjust the concentration according to the duration and heat:

  • ½ scoop → hypotonic drink (high heat).

  • 1 scoop → standard isotonic (recommended).

  • 1.5 scoops → hypertonic (intense exercise or reduced hydration).

👉 Always adjust according to your intake per hour: the more you drink, the more you can dilute it.
