Sodium, the primary electrolyte lost in sweat, helps maintain fluid balance. Use GU Hydration drink tablets before, during, and after exercise to hydrate and replenish electrolyte levels.
Adequate hydration: includes adding water and electrolytes DURING activity, but is not limited ONLY to training and racing periods.

Recommended daily dose: 4 tablets per Pour one tablet into approximately 473 ml of water. Pre-hydration before activity. During physical exercise, it is recommended to take 1 tablet per hour. The recommended dose of 4 tablets per day must not be exceeded.
