Directions for use
Dilute 35g of powder (2 scoops) in 500ml of water.
- In hot weather, mix the drink more diluted and drink 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes
- In cold weather, mix the drink more concentrated and drink 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes
For a complete energy intake, supplement the drink with Meltonic energy gels.
