Washing your sportswear! Basic rules…
- Don't leave them in your bag. Wash them inside out without delay
- Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees
- Use regular detergent
- Avoid fabric softeners
- Avoid the tumble dryer
Tip: To remove the most stubborn sweat odors, add baking soda directly to the clothes in the washing machine (a few tablespoons, depending on the amount of laundry).
