Directions for use:

Dosage: Consume 60 g to 120 g (3 to 6 level scoops) of SPORDEJ 15 to 30 minutes before the start of your effort, depending on the duration and intensity of the effort.

Preparation: Pour SPORDEJ into a bowl. Add your favorite plant-based drink (rice, almond, etc...) or water, stirring gently until you obtain a smooth dessert cream. The consistency should be neither liquid nor compact.

Number of servings: 1 large 1.5 kg tub: up to 25 servings.

Ingredients:

Maltodextrins, chocolate shavings 17% (cocoa mass 64%, sugar, cocoa butter 3.9%, fat from milk, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), natural vanilla flavoring), modified potato starch, cocoa powder 11%, proteins from soy (emulsifier: lecithins (soy)), fructose, dextrose, salt, tricalcium phosphate, acidity regulators: sodium and magnesium carbonates, vitamin B1 (thiamine).
