226ERS Isotonic Gel (60ml) - Watermelon

The isotonic gel is an energy gel whose main source of carbohydrates is cyclodextrin, a very latest-generation carbohydrate that enables glycogen replenishment much more efficiently.

• This gel provides sustained-release energy, perfect during and after exercise.
• There are fewer insulin spikes, which promotes glucose use for cellular processes over a shorter period while maintaining blood glucose levels for longer.
• Rapid gastric emptying due to a high molecular weight and low osmolality, which promotes digestion and reduces gastrointestinal side effects.
• Does not inhibit fat burning.

Its main feature is that it does not need water to be consumed, as the gel contains the amount necessary for consumption. In a 68 g stick format, it provides 89 kcal and contains 22 g of carbohydrates per gel, almost all of which are complex carbohydrates, with only 1.4 g of sugar.

Directions for use:

Consume 3 sticks every 60 minutes during exercise. It does not need to be consumed with water.
