Instructions for use

Preparation with Gel Mix 480

1. Fill the flask to the mark with 200 ml of water.
2. If you would like to customize the flavor, first add a Maurten Addition (Cola, Orange, Apple, or Menthol), then shake.
3. Then pour in the contents of one Gel Mix 480 sachet.
4. Close the flask and shake vigorously until completely dissolved.
5. Let stand for 5 minutes before consuming.
