Baouw’s starting point: sports nutrition products considered too sweet and low in micronutrients. The answer lies in minimally processed organic ingredients (fruit, seeds, plants, spices) and the touch of a chef. You can see it in the combinations: apricot and thyme, red berries and hibiscus, pineapple and coconut, mango, passion fruit, and ginger.
