Baked bars, not raw
Most energy bars are described as “raw.” Mulebar bars are baked, giving them a soft texture: they’re easy to chew and don’t crumble at the bottom of your bag. According to the brand, the recipes are 100% natural and vegan, with no preservatives or chemical colorings. Five out of ten bars are certified organic.
A small, community-focused brand
After becoming Mulebar’s first distributor in France in 2009-2010, Grégoire Dandres bought the brand from its English owners in 2015. After several difficult years around the time of Covid, production of the bars was moved back to France, to the Massif Central.
