Apurna is a French sports nutrition brand created in 2014 by Lactalis Nutrition, a subsidiary of the Lactalis dairy group. Made in France, it is based on Prolacta, a milk protein rich in leucine, and is the official supplier to the French Athletics Federation.

Dairy expertise

Prolacta was developed at the group’s research center, and Apurna beverages are made in Vitré, Ille-et-Vilaine. This is the advantage of a brand backed by a specialist in milk proteins: recovery and protein are at the heart of the range, alongside endurance products.

Hydration and antioxidants

The Antioxidant & Isotonic Hydration Drink combines carbohydrates and electrolytes with vitamins C, E and B2, selenium and zinc, which help protect cells against oxidative stress.
