Baouw Organic Energy Gel Sticks – High-Performance Natural Energy
Organic energy gels designed for endurance
The Baouw Energy Gel Sticks were developed to meet the needs of endurance athletes seeking an effective, natural, and easily assimilated energy boost. Their ultra-compact stick format delivers 30 g of carbohydrates in just 44 g of product, offering an excellent carbohydrate-to-weight ratio to support the most demanding efforts.
Available in several recipes, including a caffeinated version and a sodium-enriched version, these gels combine nutritional performance with ingredients from organic farming.
30 g of carbohydrates with an optimal 1:0.8 ratio
Each Baouw Energy Gel Stick provides 30 g of carbohydrates with a glucose-to-fructose ratio of 1:0.8, recognized for promoting rapid and effective absorption through the use of two intestinal transport pathways.
This formulation helps support energy intake during long training sessions and competitions while promoting good digestive comfort.
Electrolytes to support your effort
All recipes contain at least 100 mg of sodium, while the Salted Caramel recipe is enriched with up to 300 mg of sodium to better compensate for losses caused by sweating.
Sodium contributes to an appropriate hydration strategy, particularly during prolonged efforts or exercise in hot conditions.
An organic recipe designed for performance
The Baouw Energy Gel Sticks prioritize carefully selected natural ingredients:
- ingredients from organic farming;
- free from preservatives, colorants, and sweeteners;
- a blend of cassava syrup and agave syrup as natural sources of carbohydrates;
- fruit juices and purées for an authentic taste;
- plant extracts that naturally provide vitamins.
Each recipe was developed with chef Yoann Conte, a two-Michelin-starred chef, to combine great taste with sports nutrition.
A smooth texture and practical format
Thanks to their fluid texture, the Baouw Energy Gel Sticks are easy to consume in a single serving, even during intense exercise.
Their compact packaging takes up little space in a jersey pocket, running belt, or hydration pack, making them particularly well suited to endurance sports.
