The Squeezy Energy Drink Basic Formula is an isotonic and customizable sports drink, designed as a neutral base that you can personalize according to your needs (flavors, juice, syrups). Even on its own, it offers a light and refreshing taste with a subtle citrus note.

Developed for maximum gastric tolerance, its fructose-, lactose-, and gluten-free formula provides reliable energy through a multi-level carbohydrate blend. The fast carbohydrates ensure almost immediate availability, while the slow-absorption carbohydrates maintain energy intake for up to 20 minutes per serving (250 ml). Ideal in all seasons, including hot weather.

Dosage

• 50 g (4–5 tablespoons) in 750 ml of water

•  During exercise: up to 750 ml/hour

that is 45–56 g of carbohydrates/hour depending on the mixture

• Drink every 20 minutes up to 250 ml

After exercise

• 500 ml quickly, as needed
