Squeezy Salt Tabs are salt and mineral tablets designed to complement carbohydrate energy intake (gels, drinks, bars) during intense physical activity associated with heavy sweating. They help compensate for sodium and electrolyte losses, which are essential for proper muscle and nerve function.

During exercise, the body loses not only water but also key electrolytes, particularly sodium, a major component of salt. Why is sodium essential during exercise?

Sodium plays a key role in:

Per-tablet intake

Each tablet provides approximately half of the hourly salt/mineral requirements:

• 500 mg of salt

  • of which 200 mg of sodium

  • and 60 mg of potassium

Ideal dosage for adjusting intake according to the intensity of exercise and weather conditions.

Directions for use

• 1 to 2 tablets per hour, with sufficient liquid

• Maximum: 10 tablets per day

• Always take with adequate hydration
