The Beet It Regen Cherry+ is a 70 ml shot containing tart cherry juice concentrate (58%) and beetroot juice concentrate (42%). Developed specifically for consumption before and after exercise to support recovery, each shot contains an average of 60 whole tart cherries, made from concentrated juice obtained from pressed whole cherries, rather than a simple cherry extract.
Supplementation with tart cherry juice has demonstrated anti-inflammatory effects, including a reduction in symptoms or improved recovery after intense muscular exercise causing muscle damage, such as delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS). Beet It Regen Cherry+ requires no dilution, making it quick and convenient to consume on the go.
