The customer has a 14-day cooling-off period (starting from receipt of the items).

In the event of an exchange or refund, the customer must return the new item(s) within 7 days in their original, intact packaging, accompanied by any accessories, user manuals, and documentation, to the following address: Back2Basics sàrl, 15 rue de Grass 8378 Kleinbettingen, Luxembourg.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Back2Basics sàrl must refund the amounts paid by the customer, free of charge, except for return shipping costs. Returned products deemed compliant will be refunded upon receipt of the returned products and no later than within 15 days.

A photocopy of the purchase invoice must be enclosed.

Products that have been opened, damaged, soiled, partially used, or returned incomplete by the customer will neither be exchanged nor refunded. 

In the event of an abusive return, Back2Basics sàrl reserves the right to refuse any subsequent order.

In the event of a delivery error by Back2Basics sàrl (missing or incorrect products), the customer must first contact Back2Basics sàrl. After verification by the latter, the customer shall return the products at the expense of Back2Basics sàrl, which will resend the correct product(s) free of charge.
