This bar is made mainly from oat flakes, a source of complex carbohydrates andunsaturated fatty acids.

Ingredients:
35% of oat flakes , 21% cocoa fat glaze [sugar, palm and rapeseed oil, glucose syrup, water, heavily defatted cocoa powder, skimmed milk powder , humectant (E420), emulsifiers (E492, E471), salt, preservative (E202), flavouring, colour (E171), light molasses, margarine (palm and rapeseed oil, water, salt, natural flavouring).
May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts and sesame.
