What are electrolytes?
Endurance or long-duration sports (exercise lasting more than 2 hours), particularly in hot conditions, may require additional vitamins and minerals.

Your body does not only lose water when it sweats; it also loses mineral salts known as “electrolytes,” including sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium.

These mineral salts circulate in the blood and share the common property of neuromuscular excitability, enabling muscles and nerves to respond to stimuli.

Directions for use

During prolonged exertion, particularly in hot conditions, take 1 capsule every 2 hours.

Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.
