How to prepare your Hydrascore N°9 Neutral isotonic drink?
Mix the powder with 500 ml of water until fully dispersed. During exercise, consume 500 ml to 1 L.
of preparation per hour, in small sips.
The drink may be mixed with a syrup (1 teaspoon/500 ml, preferably sucrose-based)
To make dosing and dilution easier, use the Hydrascore bottle.
How should you store your isotonic solution once prepared?
The isotonic drink prepared in this way should be consumed within the day.
How should you store your isotonic powder scoop?
Keep the closed scoop in a dry place at room temperature.
