Total Hydro Whey consists mainly of OPTIPEP® 90, the hydrolyzed whey protein isolate. It is low in carbohydrates, fats and lactose, and compared with other proteins, it has the advantage of being rapidly absorbed and easily digested.

Hydrolyzed protein is obtained through the enzymatic hydrolysis of whey protein isolate, producing high-quality protein peptides. It is more easily digestible and has a higher absorption rate. It therefore promotes faster muscle recovery after exercise, with greater stimulation of muscle protein synthesis, leading to increased muscle growth. In addition, Total Hydro Whey contains few carbohydrates and fats, which promotes body fat reduction and makes it the perfect ally for maximum definition and increased muscle mass.

Directions for use:

Take one serving (30g) before and after training or as a snack to supplement your protein intake.

To prepare one serving, add one scoop (30 g) to 200 ml of water, shake well and serve. You can take up to 2 servings per day.

OPTIPEP 90® (hydrolyzed whey protein isolates) [88%], ISOLAC® instant (whey protein isolates) [4%], cocoa powder, flavorings, thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum), salt, sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia).

It may contain traces of gluten, soy, egg, celery, peanuts, tree nuts, crustaceans, fish, mustard and sulfites.
