Directions for use:
Dilute 1.5 scoops (50 g) in 750 ml of water. Consume regularly during exercise (1 to 2 full sips every 10 minutes). Close tightly after opening. Store away from heat and moisture.

Preparation for a carbohydrate-based sports drink in powder form —red berry flavour (the red berry flavour is obtained by adding flavourings to the product). This container makes 10 servings of 50 g (500 g). It is recommended to consume this product as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Best before the date indicated under the container.

Dextrose (40%), maltodextrins (36.5%), glucose syrup (17.5%), acidity regulator: trisodium citrate, bulking agent: maltodextrin, salt: sodium chloride, red berry flavour, sulphites (thickener: acacia gum), acidity regulator: tripotassium citrate, magnesium oxide, powdered red beetroot juice (acidifying agent: citric acid), vitamin C, powdered melon juice standardized for superoxide dismutase, vitamins: B3-B5-B6-B12-B2-B1, sodium selenite. May contain traces of: cereals containing gluten, eggs, soy, milk, tree nuts, celery and sulphites
