True to the Squeezy philosophy, its formulation excludes all artificial or unnecessary ingredients to ensure optimal gastric tolerance, even during prolonged efforts.
Thanks to its low osmolarity and multi-stage energy release, Squeezy Energy Gel provides a constant supply of energy through a blend of high-quality carbohydrates. It is particularly suitable for continuous efforts lasting 45 minutes or more, when energy reserves begin to decline.

The Squeezy Energy Gel range offers several recipes to suit all digestive profiles:

Basic Formula: fructose-free and flavor-free, very lightly sweetened, ideal for sensitive stomachs

Cola and Lemon + Caffeine Booster: fructose-free options recommended in case of intolerance

Salty Caramel: contains isomaltulose, compatible with lactose intolerance and coeliac disease
In case of fructose intolerance, it is recommended to test tolerance in small quantities.

Requirements vary according to intensity (GA1 / GA2), terrain, and the athlete’s profile.

Each gel should be followed by 150 to 250 ml of water
After 90 minutes of exertion, the body can no longer meet its energy needs on its own. Squeezy Energy Gel then provides complex carbohydrates and minerals, maintaining performance and, depending on the version, offering a mental boost thanks to caffeine.
