Energy Drink (50g) - Lemon

An essentially energy-based product, essential for intensive training, long-duration competitions, or increasing carbohydrate stores before a competition.

We use energy and minerals during exercise depending on:

• Environmental factors. Heat and humidity.
• Physiological factors. Energy and mineral consumption.
• Nutritional factors. The diet we follow or the food we consume.

ENERGY DRINK contains:

• Amylopectin, as an energy source: 

- Up to 80% faster gastric emptying.

- Up to 70% faster glycogen replenishment.

• Taurine for its vasodilatory effect: 

- Increases oxygen transport to the muscle.

- Improves performance.

• L-carnitine, which activates lipid metabolism:

- Preserves glycogen stores.

- Improves energy efficiency.

Directions for use: 

Dilute 4 scoops (50g) of product in 500 ml of water and shake. Consume regularly in small doses of 150–200 ml every 15–20 minutes, before and during exercise.

• Before exercise: Preliminary function: replenishment of glycogen stores (before exercise).
• During exercise: Training sessions or competitions lasting between 90 minutes and a maximum of 4 hours (500 ml / hour).
