Mineral salts and water must be balanced to achieve optimal performance:

• A lack of water causes DEHYDRATION.
• A lack of salts causes HYPONATREMIA
• Dehydration and hyponatremia reduce performance and can be fatal.

We must provide the body with fluids and salts; providing only water is not enough. A lack of salts causes:

• A decline in performance.
• Cramps.
• HYPONATREMIA in extreme cases. 

ISOTONIC DRINK contains:

• Low calorie content, less than 80 kcal per 500 ml.
• Amylopectin as an energy source:

- Up to 80% faster gastric emptying.

- Up to 70% faster glycogen replenishment.

• Mineral salts: Ensure adequate levels for intense sports activity.
• Beta-alanine: Lactic acid inhibitor that delays fatigue

Directions for use: 

Dissolve 1.5 scoops (20 g) of the product in 500 ml of water and shake. Consume regularly in small 150 ml doses every 15–20 minutes, during and after exercise.

• Before exercise: To replenish mineral salt stores (500 ml during the hour before exercise).
• During exercise: As a source of salt, consume 500 to 800 ml per hour.
