Directions for use: 

Dilute 1.5 scoops (20 g) of the product in 500 ml of water and shake. Consume regularly in small 150 ml doses every 15–20 minutes, during and after exercise.

• Before exercise: To replenish mineral salt stores (500 ml during the hour preceding exercise).
• During exercise: As a source of salt, take 500 to 800 ml per hour.
