Recovery Drink is a milkshake to be consumed at the end of training. It is formulated with amylopectin (derived from potato starch) and high-biological-value GRASS FED whey protein concentrate, sourced from grass-fed cows without added antibiotics or growth hormones. The biological characteristics of the whey peptides are therefore preserved, providing all the essential amino acids required for growth and the maintenance of normal physiological functions.

Recovery Drink contains approximately 40% of high-quality protein, equivalent to 20–22 g of protein per serving, which helps preserve muscle mass and maintain normal bones.

It provides an approximate 1:1 ratio of protein to carbohydrates. xxxxxx is formulated this way because after training, it is common to eat carbohydrate-rich foods such as fruit, oats, energy bars... Protein intake is neglected, which is why Recovery Drink maintains this 1:1 ratio.

It also provides:

• L-Arginine (250 mg per serving) 
• Creatine (1500 mg per serving). Creatine serves as a dietary supplement, particularly for certain sports that require repeated anaerobic efforts, thanks to its ergogenic properties.
• Medium-chain triglycerides (500 mg per serving)(500 mg per serving) provide high-quality fatty acids to help prevent the body from drawing on glycogen stores during exercise.
• Golden flaxseed: These seeds are considered by many to be a superfood because of their micronutrient and unsaturated fatty acid content.

Directions for use: 

Dilute 1 sachet of product in 500 ml of water and shake. Consume 500 ml within 45 minutes after exercise. For perfect dilution, it is recommended to add some water, then the product, and stir vigorously before topping up the mixture with water.
