Sub9 Race Day Energy Drink (88g) - Lemon

Sub9 Race Day is currently the energy sports drink that provides the most carbohydrates per serving. To enable the body to absorb its 82 g of carbohydrates and 332 kcal, the goal was to create a low-osmolarity drink using cyclodextrin and Palatinose as its main ingredients—next-generation carbohydrates that improve glycogen replenishment.

It provides practically 1 g of BCAA in a 2:1:1 ratio, with added leucine per serving. The combination of these essential amino acids is perfect for endurance sports.

It contains 230 mg of L-carnitine from L-carnitine L-tartrate, a stabilized form of L-carnitine. It has a slightly higher absorption rate than other forms of L-carnitine.

• It helps transport long-chain fatty acids to the cellular mitochondria, increasing energy delivery to the muscles and promoting greater local blood flow.
• It increases ketone production, which prevents protein catabolism.
• It reduces the use of glucose and muscle glycogen, thereby improving performance and recovery while reducing muscle tissue damage.

In high temperatures and humidity, a sodium supplement may be taken, preferably in capsule form, at a rate of 1 g of sodium per liter of water.

Directions for use: 

To prepare, add a little water to the bottle, dissolve the sachet powder in it, shake vigorously, and fill with water to the maximum level.

• Before exercise : To replenish mineral salt reserves (500 ml during the hour before exercise).
• During exercise : During training or competition, from 500 ml / hour.
