SUB9 SALTS ELECTROLYTES are an evolution of SALTS ELECTROLYTES. They should be consumed regularly during more intensive exercise.

As for the minerals, the amount of sodium has been increased to 250 mg and the amount of magnesium to 18.15 mg. Potassium has been reduced to 54.01 mg in order to provide a lower amount than that of the other mineral salts in capsules.

These capsules contain ginger extract to improve digestion, which is the main problem in this type of discipline.

Directions for use: 

Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before and after exercise. Take 1 capsule every 30–60 minutes during exercise, with at least one glass of water (150 ml). 

WARNINGS: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily amount: 8 units. Keep out of reach of young children.

Sodium chloride, coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), magnesium citrate, potassium chloride, ginger root powder (Zingiber officinale Roscoe)(root), magnesium gluconate, potassium citrate, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), calcium citrate, calcium gluconate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), cholecalciferol (vitamin D) and pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
