Directions for use:
- Mix 94 g of powder (3 scoops) with 500 ml of water.
- Drink 500 ml per hour during exercise to maintain optimal energy and fluid intake.
- Perfectly suited to endurance activities such as cycling, trail running, triathlon and ultra-running.
Ingredients:
Maltodextrin, fructose, electrolytes (sodium citrate, salt, potassium chloride, calcium lactate, calcium gluconate, magnesium citrate), natural lemon flavouring, lemon juice powder, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), colour (beta-carotene).
