Directions for use:
Dissolve 3 level scoops (approximately 42 g) of powder in 100 ml of water or in 250 ml of a blended drink. We recommend a maximum of 3 servings (126 g) per day for adults, 2 servings (84 g) for children aged 12 and over, and 1 serving (42 g) for children aged 3 and over. It is recommended to consume the Before Activity Shake at breakfast, as a snack, or 30 to 120 minutes before training.
Ingredients:
Extruded grain blend (corn, rye, barley), sucrose, 11.5 g/100 g of OatWell® (22% oat β-glucans), cocoa powder, powdered beverage (corn syrup, coconut oil, emulsifiers mono- and diglycerides, soy lecithin, potassium phosphate), glucose, powdered maple syrup, inulin, emulsifier: soy lecithin, sunflower oil, citrus pectin, vitamin premix (see table), antioxidants (vitamin E and ascorbyl palmitate). ALLERGENS: The product may contain traces of milk proteins and gluten.
