CLIF BAR Shot Bloks Energy Chews are an excellent source of instant energy during intense, long-duration exercise. They provide a carbohydrate boost and help maintain performance.
Directions for use:
3 to 6 blocks per hour during exercise. Always take with water
Ingredients:
Organic tapioca syrup, organic dried cane syrup BIO, organic maltodextrin BIO, pectin, citric acid, natural flavor, colored with organic black carrot juice concentrate BIO, potassium citrate, sea salt, organic sunflower oil, carnauba wax.
