Its maltodextrin + fructose formula in a 2:1 ratio is designed to maximize carbohydrate intake per hour and support intense, prolonged efforts. Thiamine (vitamin B1) contributes to normal energy metabolism.
Directions for use
- Take 1 to 2 gels per hour of physical activity, drinking them in small sips;
