Directions for use
Take 1 effervescent tablet (400 mg of magnesium) in 200 ml of water per day (1 glass), preferably at breakfast.

Keep out of reach of young children. This food supplement is not suitable for persons under 13 years of age. Store at room temperature (15-25°C), protected from light and in a closed container.
