Beta-Alanine Complex (120 V-Caps)
If you take training seriously, you are sure to have experienced a “muscle burn” that prevents you from maintaining the desired intensity. This is the body's normal reaction when muscle pH decreases due to reactions that occur when glucose is used as an energy source.
But there is a way to improve this reaction and even improve your capacity for high-intensity training: the Beta-Alanine Complex.

Beta-alanine is the precursor of a substance called carnosine, which acts as a buffer to prevent the reduction of pH in the muscles. When the muscle works at high intensity (for example, during sprints), the carnosine present in the muscles helps prevent them from becoming acidic too quickly, allowing more training time before fatigue sets in.
GoldNutrition has also added patented creatine to this premium formula, which will help increase performance during short, high-intensity exercise through its conversion to phosphocreatine, used to replenish muscle energy stores.
Directions for use
- Training days: take 3 capsules 15–20 minutes before exercise and another 3 capsules after exercise.
- Remaining days: Take 3 capsules twice a day with meals.
For best results, take daily for at least 8 weeks.
On days without training, it can be taken with a meal.
Warning: Not recommended for people under 18. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in case of kidney failure
Some people may experience flushing due to the beta-alanine content. This symptom generally decreases in intensity after the 3rd day. If it persists, take two capsules 3 times a day and gradually return to the initially recommended intake, or reduce the dose to a level that does not cause flushing and/or tingling.
Food may reduce the tingling and/or flushing caused by beta-alanine.
