Total Hydro Whey consists primarily of OPTIPEP® 90, the hydrolyzed whey protein isolate. It is low in carbohydrates, fats and lactose and has the advantage over other proteins of being rapidly absorbed and easily digested.
Hydrolyzed protein is obtained through the enzymatic hydrolysis of whey protein isolate, producing high-quality protein peptides. It is more easily digestible and has a higher absorption rate. It therefore promotes faster muscle recovery after exercise, with greater stimulation of muscle protein synthesis, leading to greater muscle growth. In addition, Total Hydro Whey is low in carbohydrates and fats, which promotes body fat reduction and makes it the perfect ally for maximum definition and increased muscle mass.
Total Hydro Whey, thanks to its specific characteristics of easy digestion and absorption, is also highly recommended for the prevention of sarcopenia and the maintenance of muscle mass in people over 50; it is well tolerated, even by those with hypersensitivity to milk proteins.

Directions for use:
Take one serving (30g) before and after training or as a snack to supplement your protein intake.
To prepare one serving, add one scoop (30 g) to 200 ml of water, shake well and serve. You can take up to 2 servings per day.
It may be consumed from the age of 16 by adjusting the portions.
