Boost Plus Energy Gel GoldNutrition® combines two types of carbohydrates: maltodextrin and fructose, in a 2:1 ratio of glucose to fructose. Glucose and fructose use different transporters to pass from the intestine into the bloodstream. When glucose is consumed in quantities exceeding 60 g/h, its transporter can become saturated, which can cause gastrointestinal discomfort and consequently reduce performance. Thus, this combination enables better energy utilization, as has already been demonstrated in several disciplines.
Directions for use
- Consume 1 gel per hour of endurance exercise;
- It is essential to drink at least 250 ml of water for each Extreme Fluid Gel GoldNutrition®
Do not exceed the indicated daily dose.
